You have sent me the wrong shoes twice now. I ordered the Gazelle Bold shoes as in the pic and on two occasions you have sent me a pair of white Stan smiths. I appreciate that the box is marked correctly however from a quality control perspective nobody has checks the shoes inside the box prior to sending them out. Resulting in me receiving the incorrect shoe twice causing inconvenience and embarrassment as I bought them as a gift for Valentine’s Day for my wife.
