Returning a store purchase

Check your receipt to find out if you purchased your item from one of our retail stores or a franchise store. Our franchise stores carry the adidas logo, but have their own return policy. Cannot find this on your receipt? Contact our customer service and we’ll help you.

Retail stores

Bring the item you wish to return to the store within 30 days (or 14 days for limited items such as hype items) from the date of purchase. We accept returns on any adidas items from our stores except for swimwear, underwear, toiletries, cosmetics, shoe care products, and customised items.

Everything you return should be in good condition. Make sure you don’t cut off tags if there are any. Pack all items in their original packaging.

Bring your original receipt. Can’t find it? You can bring your credit card or bank statement and we can try to retrace your payment.

Franchise stores

Franchise stores have their own return policies. Get in touch with the store where you got your item from to find out its return policy.


Purchases made in store cannot be returned online.

Return at a different store

Did you buy your item at a retail store? You can return it at any retail store in the country where you originally made the purchase. This does not apply to franchise stores.
