How do I return my product(s)?

We have enabled multiple delivery partners during this peak period to ensure the best delivery possible. Please make sure that you return your order using DHL. The return label is provided in the box, just only need to announce your return online.

There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the adidas online shop can only be returned to us by post. Items purchased at an adidas retail store can only be returned to an adidas retail store.

Please note: personalised items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Items purchased from the adidas online shop
You can return your online order free of charge within 60 days of receiving your order (or 14 days* for hype products such as YEEZY). If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 60-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.

Please note: you will not be charged shipping costs for your return if you return your order with the same carrier that had originally delivered it to you and follow our return instructions below.

Item the wrong size? Instead of returning it, you can exchange it for a different size for free. For more info, see our exchanges help page.

Returns with DHL / Anpost:
  1. Go to, tell us what item(s) you want to return and why. Confirm your return. You will receive your return label per email. 
  2. Pack your items, print the return label, stick the return label over the previous one. 
  3. Drop off your parcel at a carrier drop off point near you: Anpost drop-off point

For products with a protective polythene lining: If the protective lining has been removed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged due to health protection reasons. 

What is the return policy for face covers?
If the face cover package is not opened, other than this requirement of the packaging being unopened, our normal return policy applies to this product. Please see 'What is our return policy' and 'How do I return my product(s) ' for more information.

If the product package has been opened, this product is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to health protection reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Items purchased at an adidas authorised reseller
If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to an adidas store.
