Son likes the colour and length of these shorts. They really need a 12-13 option though as swim shorts need to be the right fit. For reference, he is 13 and very slightly on the slim side. Age 11-12 was too small so he kept 13-14 but they need to be pulled in so tightly that he has to use a toothpick to open the knot after swimming. They are great apart from the waist.
