Very disappointed with this store’s online service. I placed an order and received the wrong size item. That was already frustrating, but the return process made things much worse. When I returned the item (07/04/2026), I clearly selected store credit so I could reorder the correct size. Instead, without contacting me, they refunded the money to my original card — which is now closed. This means I have not received my refund and likely never will. Customer support was unhelpful and did not take responsibility. No one reached out to confirm the refund method or offer a solution. This is completely unacceptable. Poor service, poor communication, and a very frustrating experience overall. I would not recommend buying from this store.
