I bought these and didn’t realize what people meant by them being stiff. I thought they meant the shoe material part, which was true, they’re stiff. They felt good though and as we’ve been having a ton of rain where I live I was excited to get off the treadmill and get out there and run with dry feet. Pounding pavement has a new literal meaning as the soles of these shoes more closely resemble hard plastic than bouncy rubber. I felt like I was running in wooden clogs. I got the worst shin splints I have ever experienced. So bad I could barely even walk at the slowest pace ever to get back home. I haven’t experienced shin splints for a long time, and only occasionally and nothing at this level. I do not recommend these at all. Also, I was told these are final sale and they won’t refund my money, which I wasn’t sure about anyways because I wore them once but I am disappointed to be stuck with these shoes that I can’t wear and wouldn’t even give to someone else for free, because that’s how bad they suck.
