Great jacket. I can dress it up with a heel and jewelry. It gives city chic vibes.

I purchased this off white jacket to be picked up in the store. Viewing the order in the store the jacket stripes were dark brown (which isn't visible in the website picture or description.) Item returned in the store and proceeded to reorder online in black (confirming stripes are white/off white.) The initial purchase was with a 30% discount. The discount code on site was not accepted so the store rep gave # to Adidas customer service. The intial rep I spoke with had so much noise in the background of the call (babies crying and people talking) I asked to speak with a supervisor. Ms. Anna (no other identifying info) told me I was out of luck as my previous discount code could not be transferred and she could only give me $10 voucher which was not equivalent to my original discount. I periodically shop at Adidas online and never had such an horrible experience. It's sad and I plan to tell everyone I know how this company treats its customers. I ADVISE ANYONE ORDERING THIS OFF WHITE JACKET TO KNOW THIS JACKET HAS BROWN STRIPES WHICH ISNT ANYWHERE IN THE DESCRIPTION!!! AND ADIDAS DOESNT TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR ITS MISREPRESENTATION OR CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!
