These shoes are my favourite dancing trainers since the early millennium. ATS are very light, flexible, durable and compact in design. I do not train in martial arts but I use them for Street Dance and they can be paired with Smart Casual attire. When Adidas discontinued these taekwondo shoes, i still bought the Adidas Adi-Kick I Training shoes from online martial arts outlets, which are also TKD training footwear. Super comfy and make you nimble on your feet. These Adidas taekwondo shoes are on par-to-par with premium professional dance footwear brands such as Bloch, Capezio and Freed of London. I richly recommend Adidas all the time 100%.
