Poor quality, the metal inside the tightener is too soft and after using it just ONCE, one of the three prongs inside broke. Tried returning to Adidas for a replacement and they have been a disgrace. One month of having it delivered, and no replies. I chased it twice (once on email - never got a reply) and on the phone and was faced with a common sense battle. Their system doesn't allow them to send replacement items, and the people I spoke with didn't seem to want to help. Let's bear in mind here that the item probably costs Adidas 25p to make, they have missed out on a really easy customer service opportunity.
