Yes the reflective is overkill. Yes the highlighter yellow is kind of ugly. Yes it could have more heel cup padding. That out of the way, the foam is fantastic paired with the energy rods. I don't know which version of Lightstrike Pro it is but I love it. Soft, bouncy, protective and best of all fun. I reach for these whenever I have no motivation and am looking for some. The upper could be a bit softer, but it locks down REALLY well especially coupled with serrated laces. The tread is nice and grippy as well. Got them for $120 which is an absolute steal. Fantastic shoe!
