How many articles will be released?
This will vary between sales, and unfortunately we aren't able to communicate volumes in advance. 
Can I buy from the US and ship to my country?
No, on, the adidas app and the CONFIRMED app, you can only purchase within your region.
Can I buy more than one pair?
At adidas stores, on, via the adidas app and CONFIRMED app, transactions are limited to 1 pair per article for each customer. This will allow each fan of YEEZY an equal and fair chance at purchasing.
How long is the sale? When is it over?
We can't communicate how long the sale is going to take. Winners of a drop in the (CONFIRMED) app will receive a push notification and email confirmation. If you bought the article via the adidas website, you will receive an email confirmation. Stay tuned on and the CONFIRMED app for any further updates.
Will a specific YEEZY model be restocked in the future?

Which payment methods do you accept for YEEZY drops?
For YEEZY drops in the CONFIRMED app, we accept credit cards.
I placed an order but changed my mind or ordered the wrong size - can I cancel, exchange, or return?
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. Cancellations and exchanges will not be possible. 
Can I exchange my YEEZY shoes if they don't fit?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges for YEEZY articles at this time. This is due to their limited nature and availability. If the article you have received does not fit, you can still return them within 14 days of receiving your parcel by following the instructions on our returns page
I added a pair to my shopping cart, but ran out of time to complete my purchase.
Customers have limited time to complete a purchase with final payment confirmation. Product allocation is based on first come, first served. Products will not be secured in your shopping cart.
Why was my size not available?
This is not a standard product launch. Sizes might not be available and quantities are limited. Once a product is sold out, it will be taken offline.
Why aren’t they available in my country?
Availability by country and region may vary.
My order couldn’t be delivered and was sent back to the warehouse. Can you reship it to me? 
Unfortunately this is not possible due to the limited nature of YEEZY products. Once the parcel returns to our warehouse and is processed, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
